Owner Juliette Woodmansee, has been the Fitness Director of the Lighthouse Point Yacht and Racquet Club for over 8 years.  She worked as a registered Occupational Theapist for over 20 years.  Providing rehabilitation services to populations from  pediatric to geriatric. Additionally, she has worked as a private personal trainer for over 13 years.  She is a certified fitness golf instructor through Titleist Performance, Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Functional Trainer Specialist,Yoga Fit Certified, Certified M.E.L.T Instructor, NSCA- CPT, and is Certified through Fitness Institute International.

Lorriane Fann

Lorraine Fann, MEd is a Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer accredited by the American College of Sports Medicine/ American Cancer Society.  She earned her Masters degree in Exercise Science from Florida Atlantic University in 1994.  She is also a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Fitness Institute International with specialized areas of study in special populations, functional training, fitness testing, strength and conditioning, and nutrition.  Additionally, she has worked for over twenty-five years in the diagnostic medical field with breast cancer patients and survivors. 

   In conjunction with the participant's medical team, an individualized strength, conditioning, and flexibility program will be developed and implemented in order to assure a safe and effective wellness program.  Backed by cancer research and literature, Lorraine is passionate in her quest to make exercise an integral part of cancer treatment and recovery.

Adam Varley

Adam Varley is a graduate of Sydney University, Australia with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science. He has been working as a personal trainer since 1999 and has earned numerous certifications in both Australia and the United States, including the NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified personal trainer (CPT).
Specialization- Weight Loss, Pre/post Natal, Pre/post Menopause, Senor Fitness, Rehabilitation, Women's Health, Athletic Training, Posture, Muscular and strength development.
Experience- Adam has over a decade of esperience in the Health and Fitness industry working with thousands of clients ranging from athletes and fitness competitors to clients in need of stroke and heart attack rehabilitation. Adam has also managed numerous gyms and personal training studios both in Australia and the USA. Spending the better part of his life helping people from all walks of life achieve their health and fitness potential. Dorron Blumberg

Dorron Blumberg (DB) is an expert in the field of personal growth and development. He is certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Life Success Consultant and Performance Edge Coach. Dorron was born in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Dorron believes in order to gain the best results in life you need to continually feed the mind, fuel the body and nourish your soul.

This means developing a lifestyle plan of action that aligns with your core values. Dorron goes beyond the game of life to help you uncover your true potential, fuel your goal and develop your inner champion.

Steve Dischiavi

He completed his undergraduate degree at Slippery Rock University in Western PA, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine and became a Certified Athletic Trainer in 1993. He completed his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at the SUNY Upstate Medical Center at Syracuse. He has obtained credentials as a Certified Strength& Conditioning Specialist from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He obtained an intensive six-month program certification in Manual Physical Therapy (COMT) from the Ola Grimsby Institute, which is a Norwegian based gphilosophy of Physical Therapy. Steve is also certified in an advanced soft tissue mobilization and integration system called Active Release Technique (ART) for the lower extremities, hip, and the pelvis. 
PROFESSIONALLY
In 1197 he worked at Helath South as a Center Manager. In 2000, he managed HealthSouth physical therapy clinic in Weston for about eight years. He then
received an opportunity to fulfill a dream and work with a professional sports team. Steve has been very proud to serve as the Florida Panther’s physical therapist and assistant athletic trainer since 2004. Steve also finds time to serve as an adjunct instructor at Nova SouthEastern University in the Physical Therapy program.
Currently he is a lead instructor in the Transitional Doctor of PhysicalTherapy Program (tDPT), where he teaches a class titled Patient & Client:  Sports Medicine. Steve has twice lectured nationally at the Professional Hockey
Athletic Trainers Society annual meetings in 2011 and 2012. His area of expertise covers the functional hip and pelvis, and has spoken on both the recognition and rehabilitation of sports hernias. 
PROFESSIONAL
INTERESTS
Steve’s professional interest and treatment philosophy include identifying imbalances in the body and restoring these optimal movement patterns. Along with biomechanical video analysis, Steve has made manual therapy the cornerstone of his practice philosophy. His approach to balancing musculoskeletal injuries has led several top athletes to seek out his services.
During his 15 years of sports medicine practice, Steve has had clinical experience working with professionals in the NHL, NBA, MLB, PGA, LPGA, as well as Olympic athletes. Prior to the 2008 Summer Games in Beijing, he rehabilitated Olympic swimmer Dara Torres where she went on to capture three silver medals.

Patty Radice

Patty’s first priority is for her clients training for the prevention of illness's and diseases. When you accomplish that, you will reap your rewards by living a healthier, happier and energetic lifestyle!   Then by doing this, you will then inspire others to be encouraged to do the same.

For the most part of Patty’s life, her enthusiasm and passion has been in the fitness arena.  Throughout her practical experience’s, she has always maintained an energetic, positive, upbeat attitude towards motivating and helping others in this field and understanding the complete process of a healthy exercise life style.

 Recently, she decided to take it to the next level, attaining her lifelong dream, to become a Certified Personal Training Specialist.  She acquired this prestigious title through the Fitness Institute International, Inc., by Dr. Anthony Abbott, Ed.D.  Patty is currently studying for certifications in ACSM and NSCA. 

Patty will be training in the following areas and her specialties include, but are not limited to:  Personal Training, Circuit and Functional Training, Strength and Conditioning and Group Instruction, including TRX.   Also, she is certified in each of the following:  Exercise and Science Foundations, which include, Kinesiology; Fitness Testing; Functional Training; Special Populations/Post-Rehabilitation, Nutrition Education and Weight Management.
